The Managing Director of Ghana Airports Company Limited (GACL), Madam Pamela Djamson-Tettey has paid a courtesy call on the Management of Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA). She was accompanied by the Group Executives of GACL.
In his remarks, the Director General of GCAA, Ing. Charles Kraikue graciously welcomed the Managing Director to the position and stressed that as a Regulator, GCAA works closely with GACL to carry out the directives of the Ministry and Government.
He stressed the need for deeper collaboration at the Board and Management levels to ensure the success of the aviation industry in Ghana noting that GCAA had been adjudged the best in Safety in Africa and GACL has also won accolades from the Airports Council International (ACI).
Madam Pamela Djamson-Tettey thanked the Director General for the warm reception accorded her team and pledged that steps would be taken to deepen collaboration between the two organizations. She noted that the warm reception was indicative of a positive relationship which will characterise the affairs of the sister organizations during her tenure.
